Are the 163 staves out?

Are the 163 elemental staves even out? I can find all of the wands/staves except for the 163 ones >_<

They are out but uncommon. I saw a 163 ice staff in Scania which sold for about 1.6bil about a week after Elemental wands / staffs were released. Haven't seen one since.

ive seen 2 for sale in bera (max mesos) both were ice ones and near 1B each, i dont really think to many mages are going to ever use them, as they need so much Luk..

That's the 130 lukless wand. The staff requires a ton of luk. (Don't remember exactly how much)

I've seen acouple, but they're not used alot and fairly rarer than their 130 counterparts.

are they cheaper than the lvl 130 wands? i hope so

They seem to be rarer than the wands. I know someone who has one and scrolled it to 192/6. Last slot failed too =(

Don't you mean extremely rare in high populated servers since the more people in a server, the more likely it is for someone to get that item?

Anyways, I doubt everyone will use this staff, since only a hand full will level up to 160+.

Not to mention that an even smaller handful are LUK mages at that level...
