Post-BB Shadower help

Haven't been Mapling in a while. BB was released here in MSEA, but I missed all the events to get the SP reset scroll - am I screwed? I'm a level 121 Shadower, here's my current build:

1st Job:
20 Double Stab (MAX)
10 Dark Sight (MAX)
20 Nimble Body (MAX)
3 Disorder
0 Lucky Seven
0 Keen Eyes

2nd Job:
20 Dagger Mastery (MAX)
20 Dagger Booster (MAX)
20 Haste (MAX)
30 Savage Blow (MAX)
9 Steal
0 Shadow Resistance

3rd Job:
20 Assaulter (MAX)
10 Pickpocket (MAX)
20 Band of Thieves (MAX)
10 Meso Guard (MAX)
20 Meso Explosion (MAX)
10 Chakra (MAX)
0 Shield Mastery
0 Shadow Partner
0 Flash Jump
0 Dark Flare

And I have 5 BStep and 1 Assassinate in 4th job, but ignore those. Could someone guide me on how to allocate the current 91 SP I have? Kinda lost here as to the usefulness of the skills post-BB, haven't been following Maple. Thanks so much in advance!

I've had a look at that thread, but the builds there require the SP reset scroll, which is unfortunately unavailable to me.

EDIT: Ah, okay, seems I didn't look through the entire thread. I'd still like advice in my situation, though.

I have 10 SP left, with 0 in Shield Mastery and 11 Dark Flare. Should I max Dark Flare or Shield Mastery, then?

I personally liked shield mastery over flare, but that's because i forget i have it and don't actually use it...
