Went 4-0-12 my first ranked game =D. Cho'Gath (offtank).

Had a fun game with kayle earlier, we were losing like 7-18 or something, it was mainly teemo fed to 9/0/5 or something, but we started focusing him down and pushing a lot until we won :B
Also, saved so many people with my ult, that thing is really OP <3

 One of the few games played last night

We queued up together as a 5-man premade (3 of my IRL friends + LoL friend), and we were matched to play against this team. I did my stuff as jungle Amumu, but our team pretty much dominated from the very beginning. The Nidalee - the LoL friend - did very well in mid and pretty much got kills when opportunities arose.

My IRL friend - on Corki - did very well too at top, and dominated that lane too.

For me, I pretty much did my job as jungle Amumu, ganking whenever teammates requested it. Later on, Nidalee and Corki was so fed we thought the other team would simply surrender at 20 minutes. They did not. So we simply kept killing during teamfights, and we pretty much forced an end to this game at their Nexus.

 One ranked game

So after losing a 5v5 arranged ranked game last night, I felt I needed to get myself back up. I decided to solo queue into a ranked game. Early on, things weren't going well for us. WW made many incursions into our jungle to steal buffs, though we did catch him quite a few times. Things were somewhat even during early to mid game.

But after their Ashe ragequitted, we knew that it was game over for the other team. We simply pushed whenever we could, but we had to stick together since the other team could take us out if we separated. Long story short, we did get Baron - albeit with difficulty - and after a few teamfights, the enemy surrendered.

On another note....

I'm seriously thinking about changing up how I play Cho'Gath in ranked. I do play him as a tank, but I realized that maybe going half and half - in other words, be part tanky and part AP - might be the best choice. Or even go full AP. I've noticed lately in ranked that AP Cho'Gath are extremely effective....

Ugh, I always thought everyone played the same, some were bad and some were good, so I've always thought that people saying "Brazillian people suck" are stupid. But my last game was pathetic, just pathetic. They were a 4 man premade all from Brazil, they sucked, the karthus at mid fed Xin like a demon, then their jungle udyr got fed all over the map. There was nothing I could do.... I died 3 times all from the fed Udyr that would jump on my lane partner and since I tried to help him (Don't know why, he was a useless blitz), I got caught in the wave too....

Edit: what's wrong today? Just had to dodge cause our team lineup was: Rally/revive Soraka (probably trying to force a dodge when she noticed our team), and 3 mages who REFUSED to change (Veigar, Vlad and Karthus) and me as Kayle, where they didn't care about me being more AP, but these 3 guys said "Dude kayle sucks, pick something else"....

I wonder which ones on the enemy team fed you that bad.....then again you probably took advantage of those who don't know how to do shet. :3

Also....consider getting Mercury Treads and some magic resistance now. I see you're building nothing but armor, and that can hurt you later on. Mages will pretty much eat you alive because you don't have enough mitigation against magic damage.

And CC reduction helps a lot.

Seriously, I think Cho's just too good, having AoEs (that CC like a boss) for his Carnivore passive and for defending a tower. His autoattack is also one of the highest, and adding Vorpal Spikes to it just makes it easy mode for last hitting, and simply abusive if you aggress on the enemy champs during laning. And the true damage nuke that is his ult makes sure people die, including tanks.

That may be somewhat biased, but Cho's a tank/off-tank that can nuke like a caster, at least until late game.

Your ELO goes down if you dodge games, so don't do that in ranked games.

But that wasn't a ranked game, so he's safe.

God I swear people are 10 times worse in ranked than in normals.

God I hate stupid, stubborn people. In champ selection this guy picks Pantheon and calls solo top since we have a jungler, I think he'll be a good panth like purple is, so I don't mind, then we see the enemy is Cait, Vayne, TF, Vlad and Alistar, so I tell him maybe I or Gragas should take solo top against a double ranged. He said he was good so no worries. Alistar good first blood, then he died twice more in lane before even reaching 6. I go tele top after he died the 3rd time to defend the tower from coming down and he starts walking top again, I tell him to go bot but he claims its his lane and he won't go -.- soooo Gragas can't handle the lane against cait and vayne alone, and I go help, killing Vlad in mid but losing our cait.

Anyway, Panth kept feeding and ended 0/8/1 or some crap... He kept going "I'm playing the worst champion in the game in 1v2 lane, of course I did bad", really what the fucking hell, don't pick him if it's like that, or don't call dibs on the 1v2 lane when you can't handle the thing.

So me and Pineapple duo queue up in a ranked game, and we got ourselves a match. Early game, so many mistakes happened. Bottom fed Udyr very nicely because of FAIL MAP AWARENESS (>_>), and if you look at the screenshot, he was so fed that even I thought to myself "fk this shi't, this is over. He's too fed, and unstoppable".

We slowly came back during mid-game phase, but we were still at a huge disadvantage. One lost teamfight and it could've been over for us. But Udyr suddenly disconnects. We all realized "oh shi't, we could win this match!". After pushing the mid inhibitor, we all went to Baron, took it out, and started split pushing bit by bit.

We only won this match because Udyr disconnected, and he was the sole team carry. Once he was gone, there was not a second carry who could take over. We dominated teamfights after this. But otherwise, the SO MANY FAILS THAT WAS COMMITTED is still making me rage.

P.S. I did go jungling on Cho'Gath, and there's lots to work on him before I do this again. I had my fair share of fails and mistakes, and that is completely unacceptable, especially in ranked games. Everything needs to be in tip-top shape. I need to pretty much start practicing jungling on Cho and minimize the errors I made.

Ok, thanks for that heads-up. I wasn't 30 yet, so, trying to get there, I had to make sure I would find good team comps so I didn't do it on a lose.

Now, with being 30, 2 games, 1 failed, we just played badly (premade 3), the 2nd one (premade5), double Nexus push at the end. First team wins: BLUE TEAM (our team).

EDIT: must do "fix" on the .lrf files before playing. I think they somehow got corrupted, since when I went back to review the 2nd game, it was having issues.

Deathcap is going to be nerfed this next patch, it came out too poweful and we are now going to nerf it.

if they nerf deathcap they need to buff mpen, otherwise mages will do squat once people start building some res.

I think I'm going to be playing cow in the first round of OAT. I just hope he doesn't get anymore nerfs before that begins...

Oh and nerfing deathcap is retarded. They really need to just up the gold cost if it's "too powerful" that god d@mn classick is
getting to be worse than NMST. Deathcap is the staple caster item just like old zhonya's ring was, the split made deathcap
necessary since we lost out on the active portion of zhonya's.

I hate that they keep nerfing things in RE to casters but seem to not be able to make good caster items to give us options with.
I swear to god they better be releasing to some flat mpen items and some other new items.

Unlike you, I have had the most wondrous luck in ranked matches. I won my first 2 games. The other team was just trash.
