Best way to grind professions
#21
Can all of your Profession levels go up while your just grinding?

By that I mean, not going out of the way to level up your Professions, merely doing them alongside grinding..

By deploying your glider once you're on top of the mountain due to hiking it.

At least you would gain some survival experience after breaking your back lugging that thing up a f'ucking mountain, lmao.

It isn't even remotely difficult lol.
Lv 1 to 2:
5 Defense/Deadshot/Swift Ring I [25 Fatigue]
Lv 2 to 3:
12 Defense/Deadshot/Swift Ring II [60 Fatigue]
Lv 3 to 4:
21 Nimble Ring I [105 Fatigue]
Lv 4 to 5:
31 Nimble Ring II [155 Fatigue]
Lv5 to 6:
48 Nimble Ring II [240 Fatigue]
Lv6 to 7:
60 Swift Ring IV [300 Fatigue]
Lv 7 to 8:
82 Swift Ring IV [410 Fatigue]
Lv 8 to 9:
107 Swift Ring IV [535 Fatigue]
Lv9 to 10:
136 Swift Ring IV [680 Fatigue]

Total Fatigue Needed:
2500.

Total Materials Needed:
17 Silver/Opal Plates
79 Adamantium Plates
21 Steel Plates
385 Gold Plates
38 Basic Abrasives
464 Intermediate Abrasives

I just did the math manually too.

Well, I doubt I'll manage to get the Dark Angelic Blessing then.

mmm , then I will take more time to level it since where I live it's 7:00 am when fatigue resets ( if it indeed does at 12 am on gms)...so I'll have max like 175 fatigue a day not using potions

I heard fatigue potions are going to be cheaper on gms ? or it was something that tespia had for testing ? I don't want much to pay 3m a day for fatigue... -.-

People always seem to miss the Nimble Ring II, even in the main thread, it was overlooked for a page or two before someone mentioned it. Thus, Nimble Ring II, Levels 4 to 6, 81 Adamantium and 81 Intermediate Abrasives in lieu of Steel, etc.

What EXP table are you using Locked, my numbers don't correspond to the amount of Fatigue you are suggesting it requires. For instance, I have 700 EXP as the required EXP to move from Level 1 to 2. You indicate 500.

Edit: Found it, you are using Yokuyin's numbers from the Personality System Data Collection [WiP] thread. I'm using these, from the main thread:

Threepea Wrote:Lv1->Lv2: 700 exp
Lv2->Lv3: 1200 exp
Lv3->Lv4: 2100 exp
Lv4->Lv5: 3300 exp
Lv5->Lv6: 4500 exp
Lv6->Lv7: 6000 exp
Lv7->Lv8: 7700 exp
Lv8->Lv9: 9600 exp
Lv9->Lv10 : 11700 exp

What time is it? Clarification Time!
Nevermind, it was only a few values.

nope , if that new table is the correct one you save almost 200 fatigue , which is good for me

btw let me get something clear , you CAN get all necessary plates for doing that kind of leveling with a mining mule? or it's possible you don't get the necessary ores for one day?

Right.
Well it's fixed with your suggestion, you saved a grand total of 20 fatigue.

Professions keep confusing me -.-. So you gotta make plates and stuff to lvl mining correct? And you gotta keep making things to lvl jeweler, blacksmith alchemist?

Going in my sig.

One question: does the event for getting the ring only last 10 days or is this just showing that it can be done in 10 days?

I am positive the exp required from 1->2 is 700, I've done it like a dozen times now, however, the exp values coded into the skill says it's 500

On the side note: Does anyone here have a list of things you can forge with recommended level to craft it for blacksmith?

Guys , now that it seems that we're not gonna get DAR or the other lvl 10 rewards.... should we use mules still? since there's no point on reaching max fast...
