Androids, what they do?

What do they do? Are they just for looks, because we want a bot character stalking us while we play?

I've been wondering this, but I haven't read about anything other than the fact that they have voice-overs and if I got it right, random looks.

Well, you can scroll their heart. It expires in a week, sure, but it can be used by ANY kind of scroll. Blunt weapon too, yes.
