Fall Class Schedules
#1
Well since most college students have their fall class schedules by now, I thought it would be interesting to see everyone's schedules. And honestly, I'm bored out of my mind. I want school to start again. I hope that's not too strange..

 Fall Classes + Schedule

So, what are you taking in the fall?

-broke and im too lazy to fix it-

U.S. History, Intro. to Psychology, Engineering Math III, C Programming, and Music and Human Experience.

Obviously, there are two/three easy classes, with two difficult classes. I wasn't able to move up into upper level engineering, so I'm trying to pad my GPA with course credits that are required by the University.

Economics: Microeconomics, Math: Calculus 2, Physics: General Engineering Physics (part 1 of 3).

How are you guys taking so many classes? I heard I'd have to ask for permission to do more than 16 credits, but some of you are taking 5 classes. @-@

Your schedule makes me cringe. I'd rather have my classes back-to-back than spaced out like that.

It's ok because my apartment is a 5 minute walk from campus.

I'm assuming some are more than 4 hours but only 4 credits. Some probably also require labs, which probably vary on the time they are and the credits they get. I know some of my friends have taken 6 hour classes (2 hours, 3 times a week) that only counted as 4 credits and a 4 credit, 4 hour science class that has a 1 hour lab attached that gets no credits.

Pictofied. I decided against taking that Calc 2 class, and replaced it with Japanese 1.

My schedule:

16 credits total.

Note: I was able to get an upper-division history course because I got very good scores on my AP history exams, and so I was exempted from the intro courses. Biggrin

Looks like I have to change some courses. Most likely ES. And I have a bunch of assignments and lab reports to hand in, and two jobs in my spare time. Tight schedule, at least the friday's almost a day off.
Logres = introduction to AI
PL = Programming Languages
ES = Entreprenourship
Digkomp = Realizing and test of digital components
OS = Operative systems

Øving = tutorial I think
Forelesning = Lecture
Laboratorieøvelse = Lab

We need permission to take more than 19 credits at Virginia Tech. So next semester I'll be having 19 credits and the following I will have 15.

I am taking 8 classes in the fall. Which will probably kill me. Two of these classes are labs and one is a simple Pass/Fail Intro to Biochemistry course. And Italian is an easy class for me. So really four hard classes. Analytical Chem, Organic, Differential Eqs and Biology.

Are you on semester system? Your schedule wouldn't even make sense for a quarter system, because taking two labs + any difficult class is terrible.

Yes, I am on a two semester system. It'll still be pretty terrible, especially with Organic Chem and Diff Eq. FUN FUN FUN FUN.
