Charm points from equips

Some of the already existing equips now give charm points when you equip(requip) them. I know zhelms and some party quest equip rewards give charm points. Anyone have a list or some info on which equips give charm points? I think the best way to farm charm points are zruns(Charm and Ambition) and some pqs (Charm and Willpower). Can anyone confirm if the pirate hat give charm points? That's probably the easiest pq to farm points if the hat gives charm points.

Pirate hat is not on the list of charm giving equips. So no it does not give any charm points at all.
