After the 2nd extension, it went live. Multiple issues were found, and then it shut down after 3 hrs. It was the Rex PQ glitch appearing that was the deciding factor in bringing the servers down.

It's already been stated that the chairs do not crash the entire map. That was just a false rumor; however, the chairs do crash the player who tries to use it.

oh good, only the user of the cake chair crashes. Then all the hackers will leave my store alone because they'll be busy duping their items for a month! (which hopefully they can't because hopefully the crash doesn't roll anything back)

crashing their own char only doesnt allow them to dupe stuff , they would need to crash the whole chan.
