Info on Singapore pq?

So on the nexon website they mention that there is a new pq under the singapore area. I was wondering, is this referring to the Halloween pq, or something I missed all together?

None for Mansion PQ, and I think 63 for Singapore PQ (since that's the requirement for the Return of Captain Latanica).

There is no Singapore Party Quest... Nexon just said that because they are stupid and like to be misleading. Again, there is NO Singapore PQ. None. There's only a couple normal, regular ol' quests involving defeating Capt. Latanica. No PQ.

It's called "Nexon doesn't know what they're talking about" and it's one of a long series of mistakes in these patch notices. >_>
