ok i killed my first one , he dropped some pots, render milks, sunset dews, 1 purple enigma shoes, black essence, and something called soul lantern.

What is is soul lantern for ? should i keep it or not ?

Soul Lantern is for a quest we don't have yet. It'll come out when we get Ulu City and Krexel (Ulu City boss).

U need the Soul Lantern and Wrench (from Ulu City quest) to enter Singapore: Ruin of Krexel II and fight Krexel. Not out in Global yet, though.
