New characters can receive special Cash Item by completing certain requirements then talking to the Maple Administrator. The quest appears as a gift box above your character's head.
* When you create a new character, you can obtain the Cute Newbie Gift Set (contains a medal, Cash equipment, a Rookie Defense Charm, and Miu Miu the Rookie Traveling Merchant).
* When your new character reaches Lv.30, you can obtain the Grow-Grow Gift Set (contains a medal, a hair style coupon, a face coupon, and a weather effect).
* When your new character reaches Lv.50, you can obtain the Elite Player Gift Set (contains a medal, Cash equipment, a Teleport Rock, and an Owl of Minerva).

Requirement: Lv.10 or above
Talk to Gaga to participate. To receive a prize, characters Lv.40 or below must reach Lv.80, and characters Lv.41 or higher must gain 40 levels. The prizes include:
* Explorer: Explorer's Cruelty Ring, Explorer's Critical Ring, or Explorer's Magical Ring
* Resistance: Resistance Lux Ring (cannot be stacked with a Resistance Ring)
* Cygnus Knight: Holy Wing Earrings
* Aran: Lilin's Aura Ring (cannot be stacked with a Lilin's Ring)
* Evan: Onyx Dragon Glasses
* Dual Blade: Blood Mask
Each is a unique item which can move 1 time within an account. If you have one of the items on a character, that character cannot participate in the quest.

If it is both, what the pineapple nexon. What is the point of that bullpomegranate other than to make things more annoying/take an extra two days on one character.

Is everyone making a jumpstart character and getting an item about to get Nexon'd?

Yeah i can't til i level that character i don't even want to find out i did it for no reason.

We should be able to find out upon creation though, as we can just check Gaga.

It should be Chaos Warrior Challenge Event and Boom-Up Event.

Regardless, just make the Jumpstart character since it's a free character slot. Strip it, delete it, and re-make a new one from scratch.

The second quest is for every job and every level 40+. If your character is level 50 it will still get the second quest, it has no reason not to.

I'm still reluctant on the idea, but I guess I'll try 50-90 on the DB and see for myself. If I get no mask.....

Another thought on the skillbooks - wonder if the skillbooks we'd get for free are tradeable, or just free CS books.

Can every class wear the mask?

Not sure if I should even go for it or not. I really don't want to waste my time leveling a character I won't play because of one equip. I'll probably end up passing either way.

A buddy told me you're not able to get the mask with a jumpstart created charakter. Of course, nothing is confirmed and I really don't know why nexon shouldn't allow that, but I'll make an i/l now for my drks crit ring and see if anyone knows better later on.

My jumpstart DB has the 40 levels quest. He can get the Blood Mask at lvl 90.

Having the same problem.. Im might just delete it and make an adventurer for the crit ring :/.

Edit: no wonder why, jumpstart db's WONT get the db books. You get them at level one if you make a new db.

Didn't try it yet. I'm really having trouble though with the skill and ap build. Lf> Help <,<
