This is Nexon's fuckup. Remember when the VIP axe was a prize for Xerxes PQ in the extractions? Then they changed it to a mikhail, but when patch hit us, VIP axes were still UT and then they fixed them. Also chaos scrolls and maple weapons are untradeable as well. Nexon copied that old data back from when the event was being hacked.

Hahahaha, Chaos Scrolls are untradeable again. So are Advanced Equip Enhancement scrolls. Check out the guy in the FM to confirm it for yourself.

They changed the elemental weapons to a nerfed 10%/5% and then for no reason copy/pasted to the other weapons resulting in incorrect bonuses. -.-
