The rate at which these towns are filling up are pretty insane too. Leafre had a battle like...30 minutes into the new day, and Orbis and Hene are at 50+ already X_X

I'd have expected Scania to have a battle every hour in every town...
Even in Kradia, Henesys and Leafre rarely last more than 10 minutes between battles. Orbis goes slower, and Magatia can sometimes go hours before somebody puts it out of its misery.
Last day though... on the one hand, some people are desperate, but I'd imagine the majority have already gotten all they wanted and aren't participating anymore. We shall see. My Paladin mule is at 327 insignia.

It's like this every night, or morning at reset, I'd venture to guess it's hackers turning them in all at once. I'd mention a certain group of individuals that I find responsible, but I'm not going to generalize against all of these people. This kind of 0% to 100% filling occurs only at this time and rarely in the afternoons, so accounting for time zone differences, you can see the general direction I'm heading with this.

Hmmm, not sure what server you're in, but in Scania, I hadnt seen any early battles like that.

And Scania's battles arent that fast. I would say that it would take between half an hour to an hour before filling again (not entirely sure, cause I dont keep count, but its definitely not as fast as 10 minutes). Magatia can sometimes go 3-4 hours between filling (in fact, Hene usually fills twice before Magatia fills once).
