How can a dexless Warrior reach 170 Dexterity within reason?

Well at the moment I'm at 100 dex without really trying. My idea was to acquire a +45 dex CZAK from my friend, that has 15% str and 9% dex and that would put me I believe at 154.

This isn't intended as a show off thread or such, I'm actually trying to reach 170 dex without using specific dex gear.

My items as of writing this:
5 dex earrings (u/h( can't change them for better dex earrings),
40 stat pendant,
zero dex shoes ( can't change them)
a % str cape without slots but my concern is that it might be a bit ugly with dex WS'd onto it
Chair King Medal
13 Dex Pants with 2 slots and u/h, I plan to finish them when I can.

All four of the best rings I can use, save for Zring. I'll probably be able to add a book and shoulder pendants and even a new ring that add dex as well.

1 dex top (can't change it)

well yeah this is my way to ask a question without mentioning what specific gear I have because it could be considering "bragging" as getting specific advice on basil always is (sarcasm)

1/ Upgrade to MW30 if you haven't already.

2/ Reach level 200 for 17 more Dex.

Don't know which one is more within reason, but that's all I can think of.

Both aren't unreasonable, but the thing is I really don't want to it 200 before Jump! patch because I want to enjoy my final levels with Impale and MW sadly doesn't add to your base stat, where as % items do oddly add to your base stat. (I mean that from equipped gear and such)

Face accessory (Jewelist)
Eye Accessory
A pocket item (if you meant book as in a pocket item, then nvm this)
You could get Blacksmithing and get an android after you're done with Jewelist... (I don't even remember if you can scroll them with dex...)

What's an android? You mean the top? If so, I can't really ditch it since my top is 18% str and I feel I'd rather have it tradeale as well.

Androids are a new item type. Skip to 1:37

Android as in a robot. The little slave person that follows you around.
For pocket items, it would be slightly difficult to get 30 Charm, though. But anyways, theres a 5all stat, 5atk/matk pocket item from PvP that requires 100 badges. I believe the merchant in henesys market sells a 6 dex pocket item... Not sure if it's 6.
The lvl 120 Face equip gives 3str, 2dex, 2atk.
Also, you didn't list a belt...so get one of those. Lvl 120 belt gives 9dex.

An android is something you make. It's basically a pet that follows you but has no specific function outside of giving extra stats.

I believe the merchant in henesys market sells a 6 dex pocket item... Not sure if it's 6.

MW doesn't add if you are dexless. getting %allstat however, does, i have 173 dex with equips pretty similar to what you have, and 15% dex (stupid SE gloves)

if you have the money, maker green neos, and 30% all their slots, i got a 19 dex pants that way, but this was back when people trained in oblivion.

Is getting 170 secondary stat(depending on your job) only to equip the weapon worth it?

You could always wait for Jump and get the 30 STR/DEX skill, but I'm not sure if waiting for Jump is within reason.

You're asking for within reason when you have atleast one 18% str item and a 40 all chtp? Just checking. It seems like your 'within reason' is a bit higher than average.

Keep in mind he may have gotten that back when they were cheap, to achieve 170 dex, dexless status, is costly even by my standards. Though I'm really going overboard and not sacrificing any str to accomplish it.

True, fair enough. I got a 3% 40 all 2 line chtp for 300m back then and that's pretty affordable for what you get. I suppose the 18% str may also be his best gear.

I don't play because I don't have nice gear. I could come back, easily with 100% at least stats, but if that is going to be inferior to my current plan, why rush it? Sit back, relax and invest into the best outcome.
