"still processing your request" is nexon's way of saying "unknown user id". make sure you type in the email correctly, @ and all.

And wow, I've been playing for almost 3 years and never knew you could log in using your email... it worked for me, where the nexon ID did not. Wonder what they broke this time.

yea, i realized i was typing in the wrong email LOL, they added the email log in during the "site revamp" 2 days ago. It works for me after logging in through email, idk whats wrong with Locked's Account

Ah, that makes perfect sense, then. Nexon add a feature, they break the way things used to work before.

One of my brother's accounts have this issue. It was fine last night, but now can't log in

same here, email site and account site don't work for me, it just gives me a "trouble logging in?" error. also, my gamelauncher has been borked for ages.
