because no one's selling them, apparently. A friend bought one for 400 two days ago, cause he was desperate (about to hit the level where he could pass it), owled, and only saw that one for 400 mill. Now all the stores I see SoA 20 in have them up at 400 mill, and the basil auctions are at 400 mill too (albeit with no bids).

I don't even remember where I got my SoA 20 book, but Im glad I passed it first try (and paid like...20 mill for it). It used to drop from some kinda newtie and I think GPQ, so it wasn't very easy to find back then. Now its from gatekeepers (only spawns 2 at a time) and buffoons (a map even hackers stay away from), so the book has simply always been rare. And when you consider how many BMs are out there (not the most popular class, but still)...you have this.

It's because there are a "large" amount of bowmasters looking for it and the only two things that apparently drop it now are Deep Buffons and Gatekeepers, aka some of the worst maps you could ever want to drop something you need. Bought mine 2 weeks ago for 95mil off Basil
