I like the monster comrade update, but what mystifies me is that jMS is making such game-changing exclusive content. This is something kMS should make, which would also give it a better chance to appear soon in gMS as well.

I like the monster comrade update, but what mystifies me is that jMS is making such game-changing exclusive content. This is something kMS should make, which would also give it a better chance to appear soon in gMS as well.

MapleStory and specifically Nexon is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Having "revolutionary" or forward-thinking concepts for the game arising in JMS would not be unusual. I suspect JMS with its fewer? population compared to KMS presents itself like a Tespia for KMS or having your Japanese workforce producing things for JMS is a lot easier than doing so and porting it to KMS, especially for content introduction.

Or it could be like the erection of the the Petronas Towers (thanks, History Channel) a mini-competition between the two, seemingly working independent of one another while aiming for the same goal.
