DrRusty Wrote:I like how they finally went out and said that rogues are the least played class and a ton of us went to play a death knight when the class was released. I saw the post yesterday when bashiok made it. Dunno how I feel about it. Rogue rep in arena is probably going to become lower than hunter next patch even though rogue is THE pvp class.

It's funny they mention it again, because Rogue has ALWAYS been the least played class in the game for years. Nothing's changed whatsoever other than the class representation just falling further.

There's hardly anyone in Ironforge on my server. I just ran in, grabbed the flame, and ran to the Deeprun Tram.

For Stormwind I used a Lesser Invisibility Potion, walked up to the flame, grabbed it, and ran to Stockades before anyone could kill me.

I've been playing my Paladin the most and I'm having a lot of fun!
I've done quests most of the time, went to few dungeons with my guild and it was kind of fun. Tanking is kind of stressful at first Tongue
I also went to a battleground and didn't understand what was going on... the second time I went I died less and even helped killing.
But I'm kind of stuck right now... I finished quests in Loch Modan, Wetlands and Arathi Highlands. They were kind of chained and it was easy for me to know where to go next but after clearing every quest in Arathi Highlands I can't find any new quest that will lead me to the next spot.
I tried some of the "A hero's call one" but they led me to weird places where I died (or that are too low leveled for me).
I also tried following this
 Spoiler
so I went to Badlands but I wasn't able to do much. Right when I entered Badlands there were some spiders that I could barely kill... I think it's too high leveled for me so uhm... how do I know where to go next? D:

Try this http://www.wowwiki.com/Zones_by_level

If you're around level 30 right now, you can go to Desolace, Southern Barrens, or Hinterlands. I haven't done much Alliance questing so I don't know which zones are the most fun for Alliance.

Most fun Horde questing zones for each bracket imo:
10-20 Silverpine Forest
20-25 Hillsbrad Foothills
25-30 Stonetalon Mountains
30-35 Southern Barrens
35-40 Western Plaguelands
40-45 Thousand Needles
45-50 Badlands + Searing Gorge
50-55 Un'goro Crater
55-58 Blasted Lands
58+ Outland

Dunno if Alliance quests are as fun in those areas, but I'd give those a try if you don't have any idea where to go. Once you're in Outland it's shared questlines.

My guild got 12/12 by killing Al Akir Tues night without me since I was sick...I don't really care about the Defender title but lol I was shocked.

Raid group is carrying like 2-3 people usually who just don't do a good enough job. If I say something to guild leader she'd get mad at me. But we definitely would suck hard at Heroics.

Stranglethorn vale is good for you either now. There is an alliance camp at the northern most part hard to miss coming south from duskwood.

also you can check out http://www.ding85.com/alliance_leveling_guide/. Follow it as much as you want, its more of a quick leveling thing for people with level 85s already, but you can still just check it out to see what zones have a lot of quest for your level and then go explore it on your own.

We didn't find Al'Akir that hard...beat him in about 6 tries. If you can get past the HOLY pomegranate SO MUCH GOING ON Phase 1 (100%-75%), everything else is smooth sailing. Phase 2 is just a burn phase, one tank on Al'Akir, second tank picking up adds, get people to call out where to stand for tornadoes and when to kill an add, then Bloodlust at ~6 stacks. Phase 3 is pretty easy as long as you're not retarded and have no sense of direction in 3d like me. I died due to stupidity and another healer went down about the same time, and a single Resto Druid kept everyone alive long enough for the kill.

Edit: Yes, I just said a boss was easy and stated my own inability to handle it at the same time.

It's funny, Al'Akir is one of the very few bosses that gets way easier as the fight goes on. Phase 1 is the only clusterbomb, while P2 and P3 are just DPS races.

My guild is 6/12 heroic 25 but I personally haven't downed Al'akir yet =(.

al'kair fight is so annoying, so much movement, if you don't pay attention = dead.

the main raiding group of the guild im in is going to do nefarion heroic before the patch, probably on sunday.

Today, raiding on the G2, i was kinda lagging so i went DPS, and got this achieve Big Grin.

 Spoiler

AW+inq+str trinket = fking high burst. with all that up, i was doing 50-80K TV, @ some points of the fight i would get 4-5 TV proc and my DPS would go to 20k, too bad its only when i have luck with RNG Sad
