they upgraded their firewall this time

and one of these things killed me:
guardian
power guard

one of these hit the boss and she reflected me a crapton of damage.

Defintely Powerguard. Powerguard and final attack are probably the biggest reflect killers for Pallies.

Can't even log on right now...I crash every time I enter my PIC.

Now I'm looking for it, I def. see what Bryan means about secondary lines coming up with primary stats way more often. I just made a bunch of shoes and they pretty much all had 2-3 primary lines. I don't have a perfect memory for what's primary and what's secondary, but I'm fairly sure all the %stats are at least rare primary.

Anyone else try it on odd equips? It won't work on pouches, what about MoNs?

I've seen actually quite a few equips with similar stats to this. 2 lines of % stats are pretty common, and 2 lines of the same % stat maybe one every 15-20th hidden potential shoe.

I think this evidently going to happen no matter what because the new 130-140 gear obliterates anything we currently have, including those ridiculous 27 attack shoes.

Well I will not re-equip my NL anyway. To cube the hard to get set items to surpass the gear I have I would have to use waaaay too much NX. Maybe I'd give it a try on my Evan, but iunno.

Getting closer Oh and I've been hunting Scorpions for a Giant Potion recipe for a while now. Gotta make sure to test that right away. Wouldn't want any bugs slipping through nuh uh

Yea I got that, but hackers ruined that competition years ago anyway so I do not bother thinking in those terms. If it aint achieved without glitches or hacking "friends" it gets unintersting very fast, and that usually rule out the majority of the top dogs on each server. At least it does on Khaini, as you well know. But now I get a tad off topic.

indeed, all i want now is to perfect the 140 polearm, after that, i won't really care if i am best or not or whatever, i just want to break the cap of 200 w.attk on a weapon.

besides, i'd probably hit damage cap with that thing already.

I'm not sure if someone already posted this, but if you're an Alchemist and you make an item extractor, you can place them for public use. I made a basic one (lv50 equips and lower) and I had a guildmate extract an equip. He paid the meso fee and extracted his items, but I lost connection. I logged back in and placed my extractor again and I asked a random chick to use it and I disconnected again. It seems as though when people use your extractors, you are disconnected from the game. But the people that use it obtain the item crystals for their equips.

It's very possible, it happens in Tespia a lot and it happened during this phase too.

Only channels 4 and 8 are working at the moment. Been that way for the past three days. All the other channels crashed with people having characters locked in them.

A lot of the higher level buff pots (like the 4000 max HP and +60 stat pots) cannot stack with the other higher level buff pots. The description of the potions says that only one of those potions can be used at a time. I would assume that the effects of these potions stack with party skills and the like, but getting the materials and recipes to make the potions in the first place is pretty hard. It's easy to get the level 1-4 ores and herbs since there's a 10 minute once a day area in Ardentville where you can farm a huge supply of these, but the rest are strewn about all over the Maple world.

Magic Powders in particular are hard to find too. You can only get them by failing to convert a seed into oil for alchemy, which only happens at a 10% rate.
