Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread

 Played with a friend, I brought out jungle Nunu

Things were slow at first for me, but once teamfights started, I kicked into action and got myself quite a bit of kills and assists. My team did well overall, especially my IRL friend, who was manning Lux.

Hoping TSM wins!

Carried 4v5 yesterday as udyr, with my friend as evelynn. Our swain fed their mid lux and then d/ced due to server issues. We were mao, udyr, eve, swain, vayne. We countered their shaco hard so he was pretty much useless early and mid game, which in turn made him even more useless late game. Shaco raged pretty hard. I guess it was a 4v4 since they had a useless shaco :S

I thought Reginald was a bit too aggressive with TF, personally.

However, in terms of picks and bans, unless TSM got really outplayed by Gamed!de, it was over. Soraka is probably the hardest counter against Karthus, TF's team contribution is just too good at tourney level plays, and nothing needs to be mentioned about Nunu.

I think it only goes to show how bad the LoL client actually is, when it actually DENIES connection AT A LAN!

I had a depressing hour long game with 4 other Southperryans. We were doing pretty well, getting all 3 of their inhib towers down at one point (although I'm still wondering why we didn't kill the inhibs.) We lost because they took two of our inhibs and we were too distracted by the super minions and then they killed us. I forgot to screenshot the game T_T

Anyways, is it better to take all 3 inhib towers or just one inhib? Purplefire was insisting on taking the inhib towers before the inhibs, and I followed his judgement =/. Looking back, though...not to blame you purple, but dam, it sucks losing an hour long game when you're 21-11-16 or something.

Purp, we've had this discussion before. You can take an inhibitor, then either retreat and wait for DA SUPES at which point you can push other lanes/Baron/dragon/red/blue or STORM THE NEXUS

Take three inhib turrets and you'll probably get BDed to pineapple fart hell before you do anything else. LOL

Okay, if it's a close game, always take an inhib first. You need to get any advantage you can when it comes to team fights. That one inhib means that one lane is pushing their nexus constantly if they don't take care of it, and the other lanes get slightly beefier minions, allowing for easier pushes + mobs of minions forming. If you're crushing them, you can take towers first, because then you can backdoor their inhibs at any time if you have a decently farmed/fed dps champ on your team. However, even if you're crushing them, I'd still advise going inhib first, then towers, it's just a safer way of doing things.
