Good job Boston. Vancouver's a disgrace.

Hey! That's not fair. Sure, Vancouver choked. But look how far they came. They went from failing for 5 some years to the presidents trophy winners, and went to game 7 of the Staley Cup Finals! Nothing to scoff at considering only two teams have to chance to get there. Maybe Luongo choked for a few of those games, but the final he wasn't all that bad. One, maybe two of those goals he should have stopped, but the third one was just a pineapple up by the refs and the league for allowing in.

People are mad now that the Canucks lost, but as we all know the fans will always be loyal, because we have yet to win a cup and we're still one of the loudest buildings, with the most loyal fans in the NHL.

Sarah Wrote:Wow, not even close. As far as sports go, hockey is by far the most athletic, intense and skilled. I don't even like hockey but it's so much more than just running back and forth like soccer/football/rugby/lacrosse

People say that about every sport. Just saying. "Such and such is more than such and such." Right. All the "main" sports are more-or-less than same.

Someone has a crush.

Too bad there is no proof I said that. Not like quotes can't be edited or anything. Why you try to hurt me, Rob?

Sheesh. Bookmarking an almost 2 year-old thread just to call me out on my hypocrisy.

People say I'm vindictive!

Thanks guys, this thread has really been entertaining. Anyways, didn't Vancouver burn down their city last time they got close and lost? At least I have the pride of knowing that Montreal's been better at keeping their tantrums from destroying the city (so far).

The last bit wasn't about the hockey game but rather what ensued.

I still do stand behind having Schneider replace Luongo.
