Unlikely, since he gave out 64 infractions/warnings between 2010-03-03 and 2010-08-22 and your join date was 2009-06-23 and you're clearly still here.

Didn't he have a different name at one point, i unno, I just think of him as that kid who looks kind of like peterpan and hates how he can't eat healthy without paying 10x more for it :B.

I believe he was always known as Rick during his moderation. He did have a different name before-hand...(can't remember what it was though)
