No. There are skills in which you have to unlock by doing quests. Using Cash Items allows you to skip those quests and get those skills in an instant.

Glad to see the "Skill Quests" are getting added into the game, maybe now it'll actually give me some incentive to GET BACK TO THE GAME!

Man, it'll take at least 2 days to get the skills. I'm only at the 4th quest for the "Basic" skill and I ran out of stamina
