$100+? Try $70 (which, yeah, isn't great but it's better than some companies). And uh, these 3D glasses aren't the same as the crappy red/blue ones. You know that, right?

I'm pretty sure they meant the 3D glasses given out ad-nausem at cinemas now, not the red/blue glasses from the 1990's...

Well, because it's Vanillaware, consider me interested. The co-op seems like it'll be cool, since Vanillaware games haven't really been the life of small parties or when I have friends over.

Just a request- if you guys talk about XIII-2 and it's something that would spoil XIII, please use spoiler tags. I still haven't finished it yet, and though I know that obviously the world is saved given the existence of XIII-2, I'd rather not know any tiny details. :x

Always. I will put STAY AWAY in the title if anyone does anything inconsiderate and then I'll report them to have it edited out. I'm really cautious about that sort of thing and can't stand it myself.

Actually, everyone just talk about in the FFXIII-2 topic. The main character is in essence a spoiler. BTA just stay away from that thread.

...I don't go to the movies enough and totally forgot about that. That being said, when he referred to "crappy plastic 3D shades" all I could think of were the ones that came with Arkham Asylum GOTY (which were purple/green, but still).

Why did they have to name it the Wii anything? Are they just not trying that hard or what? The NES, N64, Gamecube and Wii all had original names. If they really feel like the WiiU is a sequel to the Wii, I would have been fine with Super Wii. In fact, that's what I'm going to call it forever. The Super Wii(tendo?).

Are we going to at least be able to play with Gamecube controllers on the compatible Wii games? Or I hope they at least release some kind of traditional controller.

Nope.

The classic controller works, though. I don't see what everyone complains about with the classic controller. I have huge hands, but I can use the classic controller for hours without getting cramps or anything. In fact, I've started to prefer it on games like Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
