Ok just a few little nitpickythings, assuming you're going for a more physical spear build.
1) Max Upper Cut.
2) I'd consider dropping water chaser to 1 or none.
3) Invest alot more points into double swing, up to the cancel amount.
4) Drop fusion chaser if you don't intend to do a paralleling chaser build (pole, fire&ice or light&dark)
5) Consider putting more points into full swing, but that's just something I do cause I love that skill. And you'll want to max EX Full Swing, regardless it's a good range skill with massive damage.
You should have more points in that 1st skill on the bottom row, EX Chaser Upgrade but if its doesn't show in the planner then that's quirky cause theres a 2nd level and maybe 3rd in game.
Daku, drop ice car to 1 and jackyl to 3 then max Fly Swatter. That or take out of EMM.

Aesop: How do you turn .PNGs into .IMG files using the extractor? I wanna replace something but it's being finnicky.
In other words, how did you import my HUD edits into your client?

haha no
Easy to level, but unless you find friends with some nice power house who'll split the cost of drops, it's gonna be unlikely you'll make any cash. Refer to Matt.

And Mark, since I'm using Paint.NET I can save my files either way after editing. Also, when I saved your pictures, they already came out as png which is the format required to replace, .IMG files don't always work as well from what I've seen.

There's not much reason to max upper in pve unless you really want it. The more airtime your enemy gets, the more damage you lose out on. I'm not sure how defense bonus scales SI, so no idea on that. Same to double slam and fusion chaser. Would fusion chaser still be worth it if we go at least 1 in all chasers?
I thought chaser upgrade was 1 lvl since it just adds 2 chasers.
Full swing is based on preference. Spear users tend to like it as spear = more range. With my Fierce FS pole I can get to cd to 7 seconds instead of 8, which is pretty good.

Since Battle Groove depends on combos, I kept Uppercut at 5 for that. I can see how maxing it is a good idea for someone who wants enemies to die quickly, though... and I do want enemies to die quickly. So is that really recommended for most builds to max Uppercut?
I didn't have Water Chaser before when I first started, but I got it (and have it now) because I had enough extra points for it at the time, and the defense sounded really nice. I die too fast. :< It was also recommended, it's apparently a great defense boost stacked with Teana.
I really never found out what exactly Fusion Chaser DOES... and if I stick with my Fire/Water/Light build, do I really not need it?
Double Smash doesn't seem to have a Cancel in this builder, so I don't even know what level it should be left at. I'm assuming 5? And if that cancel does exist, do I get that as well? The builder is also silly and only shows one level in Chaser Upgrade, is there really more than one level to it?
Also going to assume that Good Hit and Physical Training are all I need when it comes to the general TP skills.

And that's your main character? Ouch. You should make an AoE or fixed damage type class if you want to make money.

Well, you could farm Shadow Labs with your sadar like I do if you ever want to farm or something and/or have Faris carry you as you afk/browse net/blah.
Just from sheer buffs alone and a bit of combat utility, I think the farthest I can take with a FSadar solo farming would be like...Verderia...on normal road >_>;;
Not that that place is great for anything really other than exp, and it's just really having RoL do its job more than anything as well.
Ancients are out of the question until EX skills, but they'd be an ace spot for farming if you were able to handle them. For current endgame normal farming it'd be spots like Slabs/Brigs/Hamelin/Ridge/Ghent Dungeons. You can also do lower areas as well, but just wanted to tell you that you can always find a farm for support character to farm with. Oh, and don't be ashamed to do normal road either.
Oh, or just roll a FMech/Witch/Summoner/Exo/Not Weapon Master/Not Monk/Not Ranger/Not Battle Mage.
(Latter classes require skill/funding and unless they're a main or something, pretty slow in farming without a +123123 weapon/Odd build/combojugglesrequiretime)
Generally speaking female class is the superior class. Also, other support classes while not being entirely support are pretty snazzy as they can hold themselves in solo combat as well as provide combat support blah blah i.e. Soul Reapers/Nens
Oh right, by the 15th not too sure how valid this remains.

lol Somefool ^ I still think he should've gotten out his 100'/. evasion set and win.

@Miek: Elementalist is a pretty average solo class as of right now, and Ice/Light is a tough element choice. Act X should change a few things though.

He can't do 100% evasion anymore since asura's evasion boosts were nerfed down to about 40% of what they used to be, and the blue books with +40% evasion now give 20% only.
I asked him right before he did that. :l
pomegranate was fun though.

I'm not 100% sure if it even was 40% before. It could just be adding +20 evasion, which would be like 2% or something.

Fusion chaser takes the next 2 chasers lined up and attacks with it. Effects differ with different combinations. I think the light/dark chaser circles the monster hit and does damage over time.
Max upper is not required for combos. You're really not doing anything different besides either xxx or palm blast, and 5 is enough. If you can OTG combo a boss, that boss will less likely send out shockwaves and will always be able to be hit by you and your party. If you want enemies to die quickly, you don't want them to stay in the air where no one can hit them for like 2 seconds. But then again they can't hit you either.
I personally prefer having max upper, but go with what you're comfortable with. If you think 5 is enough, keep it there. If you want more, max it. When/if they announce the reset, you can dump extra points into max upper to test it until reset time.
I think the TP build I posted a page back is a good start. I'm still trying to see what builds will be like.
