Was never a FF fan, but I have to give credit where credit is due. They consistently pump out great games, so they must be doing something right. This one looks to be just as good as the others.

ERRBODY DEAD!
I hope when they fill in the blanks they actually do a good job. Actually, I hope they fill in the blanks at all. x_x It would be horrible if they didn't explain what happened in between the two games.
I'd like to see NPCs that actually do something in this game. Having the save spot be a replacement for towns is convenient and all, but it's just so boring.

I've kind of given up on that aspect from them.
They can do the women when they try but their idea of a strong male role hasn't been right since Balthier.

It's only been one game since then...
Also Snow wasn't that bad. The scene with him and Hope was actually pretty good imo.
still better than Wakka at any rate.

Lol no. Great games has not been "pumped" out from the Square-Enix doors during the last 5 years at least. They occasionaly release good games, not great, but the FF installements are not among those. If this game is even half as linnear as the prequel, they wont get my money.
