Why the heck is this in Japanese, of all things?

-My computer is in English
-My browser is in English
-Southperry is obviously in English
-My Facebook (while not linked to Southperry) is in English
-I'm not using a Japanese IP to connect



This happens with embedded Youtube videos on Southperry as well. Why the heck is it like this?

I tried it in English (US) code-page as well, but it's still in Japanese, as are the Youtube videos.

Expected something...more...interesting.

The machine has become sentient and imitates its master's desire to be Japanese.
