Due to makerskill being removed, how does a Aran advance to 3rd job without being able to make a red jade or gem, i forgot what its called, but the item?

I'm assuming this is one of many issues that will be addressed when Chaos comes out. Notice how Arans, Evans and DB's cannot be made right before Chaos.
