Dog shot 40 times, tied up, buried alive survives.

Of the several officers there, one must have taken several pictures as evidence, and only released that one.

I hate people who torture/kill pets. It's just sickening to see. Pets are just as worthy to live as us.

Not defenseless animals that aren't being used for food but are instead being tortured for the fun of some sick piece of garbage. That person deserves no mercy.

In cases where they're being used for food, or other necessities that we need/want (like wool, ect) then yes humans should take precedence. But even then, there are standards that have to be upheld for care and safety of those animals.

This however is just some sick bastard brutally torturing a pet for no good reason. I don't have a shred of sympathy for the person who did this and hope they get whats coming to them.
