Ok so im lvl 32(f mech), should i be soloing for the fastest exp? And should i be able to do the harder verisons(expert/master/kings) on my own?

You should be able to. I had a 32 FMech and was able to do it just fine. Everything gets a lot easier once you get Gale Force.
