He wanted to hit 200 where he wanted to level. Sheesh ya'll. I think the level up should occur at a place important to you, and if Pap is important to him, then so be it.

I'll not belabor the reasons for Pap, suffice it to say it was the only place that fit all the requirements.

I don't see why Pap would be a bad place to level to 200 at. Not everyone wants a plethora of people around them when it happens. You're actually the first person I've seen who hit that milestone in a secluded area, haha.
