Question on Lirin's Ring and Explorer Rings

Can we delete the characters that were created to get the above mentioned rings? Remember that we got those rings by training a Lv 50 Aran and new Lv 50 Explorer. I'm wondering if I could delete those and still have the rings cause my account looks so messy with 7 characters, and I don't even play half of them anymore

make sure to take the ring out of the character BEFORE deleting it, i have lost a few things because of this

When is the next critical ring event? Does it come with Chaos Patch / did it in kMS?
