One Piece thread (Spoilers)

I found the Sabo Arc to be pretty boring.

By the end of it, I was kind of getting impatient for the story to move on, but since it was the main character's complete back-story i could deal with it.

So far, this entire back-story has disappointed me. What did we learn? That Arlong and Jinbe were a part of the Sun pirates, underneath Fisher Tiger? That he freed slaves and covered the scar? That there's a prejudice against fish-men? We already knew all of this. the only thing we are learning about is Queen Otohime, but she died before the current time, so anything that happens to her is totally irrelevant. This entire 5 WEEK(and counting) flashback sequence was unneeded, and I for one will be happy once the Straw Hats finally start their real first post-time skip adventure.

Otohime...It broke my heart when they took back the signatures LOL.

Nah Sabo arc was gay. Completely retarded. You had a right to hate that.

1. It was in the past and they asked stupid pomegranate like "Will they survive?" Who gives a pineapple Ace is dead and Luffy is alive, I don't care about some fucking scrub.

2. No one important was introduced beside some of Luffy that we could have guessed and a small bit of Dragon.

3. It was right after the critical as pineapple Whitebeard v. Marines battle and we wanted to see what would be happening next in the real world, not some stupid useless flashback.

I thought the brotherhood between Jimbei, Arlong, Tiger was never mentionned before. That was a quite interesting thing to learn and family drama is always fun...

Props to otohime for not only protecting that scum, but apparently solving human-fishman relations?

Shirahoshi summoning sea gods makes her not so useless afterall....she would be an amazing queen if she wasn't so scared of everything and i hope luffy changes that.

Luffy will change that, but lol I'm much more glad we know why Vander wants her.

Interesting chapter indeed.

I honestly expected her to take the bullet, with her prediction Haki and all, but honestly I expected her to die from the Warlord's gun, Shirahoshi saving her was LUCK.

I'm more surprised she didn't die at all.

2. Warlord trying to shoot her.
3. Her going to the surface and coming back alive.

You should count number 3 like five times.
