You did it, Maplers! The MapleStory Facebook page has over 500,000 Likes!

To celebrate, were giving away 500,000 mystery boxes! Each mystery box contains one Cake vs Pie 2 Insignia to get you started for the upcoming Cake vs. Pie 2: Winner Bake All event and another random prize from the list below.

The Cake vs. Pie 2 insignia is untradeable, as are the two new items from the mystery box, the Anniversary Chair and Rolling Pin. Please be sure to collect your mystery box with the character you want to own the items.

Getting your box is easy! Just log in starting on May 26 and pick up your box from Cake Boss Daniel or Pie Boss Tiara located in most major towns. There are more than enough to go around, but dont miss out! The boxes are only available until June 1st.

But wait, thats not all!

Well be running a Facebook event to remind players they need to log in on May 26 to grab one of the the 500,000 mystery boxes. If we get 2,500 attendees for the event we will give you a 2x event the weekend of May 28!

ONE pineappleing insignia? Wow, this is the most retarded price they have ever given. I didn't expect anything amazing, but this is probably worse than 5 elixirs or 20 white pots. I have a strong feeling the rate for chair is 1% or less. It's also kind of stupid that the boxes are limited. I'll bet a large group of people who contributed towards the goal won't get one in time.

The way they set it up is what forces them to not give anything worthwhile.
If they gave anything of even the slightest value, like say a random 60% scroll, the login server would crash a minute or two after midnight, as everyone tries to log in all mules to gather as many prizes as possible. As it is, people will just try for the chair on their main character(s) and not bother with mules, giving more people a chance at these delectable potions.
And of course many people who contributed will get nothing. But to be fair, I am going to guess many of them don't play Maple at all. They just have a friend that does who told them "please Like this page so I can win a prize" and they did.

What bull shi't is this... One insignia and useless pots with an extremely low chance at a chair or rolling pin that I'd never even use anyway.

I swear, the MapleStory team has to be the worst team within NexonNA. At least the DFO and Vind teams actually DO something worthwhile for hitting certain goals in their games!
