Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread

I was terrible the first day I played. I really wanted to stop but I knew it'd pay off if I learned how to play. The next day I started to really enjoy the game and never stopped.

Yeah I played the game for the first time and totally didn't understand crap.

I actually uninstalled and didn't play it again for another few weeks after when some buddies talked me into playing again.

Going to buy cho when I start playing again.

Haha when I first played I was pretty terrible and bot games lasted a whole hour. I still feel like I'm a bit of a scrub compared to the rest of you.
Think I'm going to buy my second HP quint and then take a break from rune buying for a bit and save for Twitch. I have the most fun on stealth champions.

Well tribunal was Soon TM too, and they finally got around to release it no?

I learned 2 new things in LoL:
1.) Garen does a somersault flip in the air when he uses Decisive Strike. wtp lol, that's totally badass xD
2.) Malphite's Unstoppable Force might actually be unstoppable, cause for once in my career I saw the notification "Cannot be Disabled" over Malphite when he charged right through my Glacial Storm and wall.

3. Fortify (especially with the Summoner point) is GOD. I was once soloing top as Cho'Gath and I had like 3 bars left. Then the 2 opponents turret dived me with 5-6 bars each. I turned on Fortify and actually killed both of them with like 12 hp left.

Of course it blew when I accidently hit D when I was the only one alive. Then they killed me and killed our base. We were up by ~15 kills and 5 dragons.

Yeah, but they'd already had some public tests of it, and while still working out the kinks, it was mostly a matter of getting the proper format + coding done so that it could be used by massive amounts of people. Whereas with the stealth remake they've admitted to being stumped by everything so far. None of them doing quite what their goal is or being possible with their current setup. Not saying they won't change it soon, just that for the time being everything I've heard is a "We want to fix it, but currently aren't able to get there." At some point they will get it changed, but there's nowhere close to a timeline available for it, and unless magma chamber + project shiny get released shortly, it's still quite far away from being top priority I'm guessing.

Garen's flip was probably one of the first things I noticed in LoL, since I did the tutorial with him, and it was like "ok Q flips and hits harder, w is useless and E spins"... of course now I learned that garen's W is awesome but that's not the point o,o

Thats why i said "Rumors" instead of "Facts". Since we actually don't know how they are working on the stealth or when its gonna be released. The only thing we could say we know for certain is that they are "Working" on it.

Pack still has a bunch of bugs in it with the newest patch, so I wouldn't recommend downloading it yet.

Psh, 90% of the time the opposing team doesn't even bother getting them. And when people get Oracles I immediately target them and take them down. Hardly ever run into people using Wards though.

Also @ possible Stealth changes. It's such a fun element to the game I'll be saddened if they nerf it.

He's actually very scary if he's left unattended and is allowed to snowball off ganked kills, teamfight kills, and farming minions by the load. I can say this from experience: I had a few games as Twitch where I got extremely fed and no one could do crap about it to stop me. This is why you cull him early on so he can't unload his rain of destruction on you and your team later on.

When was the last time you saw trynd do well because he's left unattended? You never let their carry just farm to their heart's content. And twitch was already easy enough to deal with before he was nerfed into the ground, I laugh at him now.

Just played a game with some low-level friends. They requested me to go Twitch for DPS needs.

We lost. I went 14-8-13. This loss just made me rage; I couldve snowballed out of control if my teammates was competent enough to go in and do the job correctly. I'm not a f'ucking front line champ, I'm the carry that's supposed to be at the rear, protected at all f'ucking times

Next time, I'm tanking. If you want me to go Twitch, AT LEAST DO ME A GOOD F'UCKING FAVOR AND PROTECT ME. F'ucking wasted an hour of my time. The Jarvan (my friend's friend) and the Alistar (my friend who uses Corki on his regular account) didn't know how to initiate for crap. -facepalm-
