I'm thinking that they forgot that Australia's Saturday afternoon is still PST's Friday Night which means they based the days off the server times...

The notice stated "Login an hour early on Saturday (Australia time) for exciting GM Events with prizes!". GM events started at 11PM PST last night, meaning the event should have started at 12PM, but it never did.

Well, the updated notice said 4-6pm. It's now 5:40pm, and there's no 2x. Unless they've changed their mind again and decided to have it start at 7pm afterall...

I was on both Friday and Saturday night. 2x never turned on from 11 PM - 1 AM PST.
They did do a GM event with mass summons of Griffey, Manon, Crogs, etc. on Friday night just before 11 PM in which I made about 50m off 60% scrolls, so no complaints.
