Seeing as how they are mostly anime references, I would go on a whim and say that it is Alucards' suit from Hellsing, but Phoenix Wright is probably a better guess.

Only ones I don't recognise are top left googles, white suit (leisure suit larry?), girl at the bottom (assume she's from a racing game. Probably one by namco) hamburger faced dudes (though I THINK they may be the hunters from Rayman) and the guy hidden by snake.

I really doubt that's snake, just for the hair that dude has. I see what you're saying with the stealth suit, and the bandana, but that hair...

I thought the smiley was from Serious Sam. Either that or Mick Foley.
