All 3 of my cases were punished... The pardons are gonna be very sparse.

Noob question, but how do you tell?

Can someone help me learn to LoL, bots and stuff are nice; Yet that only goes so far. Can someone phsically help me learn how to properly control a Lane and how to 1v1 etc.

Well, i only knew it was up when i checked the forum and there was an abundance of 'tribunal is amazing' threads and someone said it was back up. leagueoflegends.com/tribunal is all you need~

Uhmm really its up to you to judge the cases, but from the ones i saw when they put it up for testing, and the 3 i did earlier, its pretty easy to judge.

You get the persons score and items, along with what they were reported for and a full chat log. All 3 of my cases, the person reported would be reported for Offensive Language/Negative Attitude/AFKing etc.

When you read 3 or 4 games of 1 person and see them calling everyone a noob, swearing at teammates, being racist or homophobic, and in 1 case telling over all chat where teammates were going its easy to see they need to be punished.

Eh I'm pretty average at things, but I can try to give you some help if you'd like. My IGN is Ciellandros since E6 was taken long ago I imagine. XP
