Can someone change a gif for me?

The size of it. I know next to nothing and was wondering if someone would be kind to do it.

Resizing it to either of those will distort the quality of it considerably lol

if you want them EXACTLY square, then either the image gets stretched, or i fill the blank space with white, tell me which to use if these two don't work. the approximate size of them is in their filename

pretty sure it's the program he used. i haven't tried fireworks, jasc animation shop is enough for what i need.
