Erm...it IS a 3, unless the picture has obscured the 8 so badly to make it look exactly like a 3 O_o
But still, 850 for a shoulder pad? That's impossible unless the requirements to summon the pie / cake were greatly reduced, because my sister barely hit 1000 insigs last year and CvP lasted for the entire anniversary patch.

I dunno why, but I appreciate Nexon at least trying to show that they are willing to find bugs from actual game players.
