What other jobs would you guys like to see? I can't do um... Shadow Partner classes, because I can't get Summoning Rocks, but what other combinations would you like to see?

Welp, buccaneer seems an interesting choice to have Combo attack on...

All i want to know is if they removed basically every skill from the limitation of being used only with the weapon of the class it belongs to. That's like the biggest limiting factor this system poses.

ie. can barrage be used with a gun.

but i gotta say, a dark knight/bucc hybrid... sounds fearsome.

@Alloy - What about the 94% mastery? That alone on a NL makes me shiver.

mfw dark knights have no level 10 skillbooks.
i am pretty sure everyone can guess mfw.

still, what happened with cygnus knights, can you go cygnus->adventurer? if so, you could get advanced combo that way.

In that case just do dark knight -> bucc, or shad -> bucc. You don't NEED shadow partner, but an FJing shadow shiftin smoke screening meso guarding bucc would be insane. Best survivability in the game, hands down.

what about shad->pally? great avoid, and in the RARE case you get hit, you'll tank it like a boss. i can see it being annoying due to that blue shield attack bonus though.

I picked bucc from shad because it would accentuate the skills of a bucc more than a pally would. Pallys don't have cooldown skills worth having TL for, and their attacks are generally slow so charging energy doesn't get any better. Pallys get stance, which invalidates most of the point of energy anyway, but shads have beast avoid on top of i-frames so stance is less necessary. The only drawback is lack of attack modifiers, but you make up for that in speed through FJ and damage through SP. Having ME for wep def up would be awesome too, since buccs don't have any way to prevent it nor anything to do while it's up. Both pallys and shads have HP healing skills which are complemented by drain, but a shad-pally wouldn't have MP recovery. MPrec is pretty much needed to be a true efficient tank.

Boat rides from Ereve are impossible because it apparently only allows one person on a boat at a time...

Job advancements are impossible because, apparently, only one person can be in the job adv. map at a time.

After level 100, which is granted via level-up scrolls, you have to grind to 120.

Couldn't you just have saved all scrolls for when you got to level 20? To make it like... x100 faster?
