JapanMS - Open-To-All Test Server; May 16th ~ 30th

Okay, so...

The test server opens in about 40 minutes. I'm excited, but... I just read up on some stuff and this has me depressed.


It seems this game is going to become more cash oriented, going by what I've read so far. The item required to rebirth seems to be a cash item only. I'll have to check if this is the case in-game, but as far as the stuff I've read goes, all signs point to it being a cash item. :| If this is the case, I'm going to cry -- not because I wanted to take part in this at all in the official server (I'm still going to wait for UA), but because of how much of a lead this gives cash users over those of us who can't buy cash items. :|

Yeah... 100 NP (one freaking dollar) is worth over 300m ~ 400m mesos. The MINIMUM price you can sell stuff is at 221 NP, so make that around 800m mesos. ._. 99% of all items will not sell anywhere near that much nor would I likely ever lay my hands on items worth that much. :| And the blog I read states that the item needed to rebirth is going to be at 1,000 NP.

(by the way, couldn't you hold out for some exploit or something that results in compensation through maple points? You don't have any NP on your tespia account, but you have 4k MP so i'm assuming they can be bought that way...)

Nexon doesn't give NP compensation or anything. The best thing you could get in the live servers is a medal that gives 30 HP/MP. lmao

I think there's a level-up NPC. We have level-up items (the 99 of what you see in the previous screen shot), but those can only be used up to level 100. :X Also, we have to do job advancements normally. x_x It'll take me a while to get to the rebirth level, but I'll get there within a day or two, I promise.

god, wouldn't it be hilarious. still, i can't wait to see how this whole rebirth thing would work, and i am severely torn on the fact that the item is NX-only. that and the fact that it's a freaking holy water, seriously, if you are going to introduce agame-breaking item, at least make it more visually appealing.
