Doctor Who, Season 6

Such an amazing episode. It was so sad when the TARDIS said hello to the Doctor, even though I knew that was going to happen but still. Also I liked the part about old control rooms and seeing more of the TARDIS, even though they didn't show the library or the swimming pool inside it. Also, the TARDIS has rooms!? It really IS bigger on the inside, it's like a whole building!

Also, "You're like a nine-year old trying to rebuild a motorcycle in his bedroom."

Oh no, dopplegangers. Specifically, doppleganger Doctor. I'm thinking it's a bit early to start dropping answers to the big questions this season. Perhaps it's a red herring, or there's more to it than the most obvious solution at the moment and it's going to be awesome when we get to see all the bits and pieces in place at the end. Please let it be more awesome.

I thought it was rather sweet. Not just the "welcome to my world (of thinking I'm going to die)" bit, but the whole thing with him empathising with the duplicates. Because he's also spent quite a lot of time being one himself, and had to deal with the same sort of identity crisis. Good to see them use Rory more.

Oh my god, what an ending! I had an idea about the Eyepatch Lady being a midwife of sorts after the things she had said in previous episodes, but wow, THAT i was not expecting. Amy has been a clone made of flesh since the series began, her final moments were horrible to watch, she was so scared and The Doctor killed her. Brr. and then the Eye Patch lady who we've only had glimpses at... she is super creepy. Wasn't impressed with the rest of the episode though, except i found Jennifers monster form at the end to be quite scary, and much love for some more Rory characterization. And with Amy out of the picture, it's just the Doctor and Rory now, rushing to save her life. Love it.

INSANE. Clone Doctor = holy shyt quotient ^ 9001. Oh wow, I feel really bad for the clone Jennifer. She's the only one who didn't side with killing the originals.

I wonder if Amy has flesh!Amy's memories? It kinda seemed that way, but I'm not sure...

Flesh Amy wasn't a freak copy like the electrified gangers, she was in control of her the whole time. What pie said.

Hehehe, seems like this season is gonna have a lot of rewatch value.

Loved the way they handled the double Doctor dialogue. Compared to the other variants of Doctor clones we've seen so far, I think this one is the best. But then again, this is an actual Doctor Doctor, not a DoctorDonna, or Handy Doctor or the other Not Really Doctors, so....

I think we all need to start listing/mentioning for our spoilers what episode the spoilers are for, because I kept opening spoilers thinking it's Episode 5 stuff, when it's episode 6 spoilers. ACK.

Wow, I KNEW the eyepatch lady was a sort of midwife. And wow, I did NOT expect Amy to be a copy. I'm all psyched for next week's episode now, aaahhhh. D:

Bit upset about the episodes though, next weeks episode is the last one for months, and its the first part of a 2 parter. So expect a massive cliff hanger and then months of waiting for a conclusion

That sucks, but it will give me some time to catch up and finish with Game of Thrones. And hey, more time for crazy crackpot theories.

No. Just no. I've heard people joking saying "River song is Amy's daughter" and i always laughed along but really. REALLY? It was the most painfully obvious plot twist in existence. As soon as i saw the name Melody Pond i thought "No, they aren't actually gonna do it". They did.
I feel shocked and violated.

I loved the plot twist and thought it was well-thought out. I think the title for the next episode is a bit stupid though...

And, well, it was kinda obvious but I thought it was handled really well. Really, the whole episode was awesome. Can't wait till September, though at least Torchwood's back in a month...

Can't believe Amy was a Ganger all this time. Now where the hell is Amy being held? Nice way to hide her baby stomach though. Also the whole episode was such a mind screw. Couldn't keep up with who was who until near the end.

They gave a very ambiguous ending for the flesh Doctor and Cleaves. Implications the flesh Doctor will be making a return?! Wait, was the 1,100 year old Doctor that got killed by the Astronaut a remade flesh Doctor, just made real with the power of the TARDIS?!?
