I think I can host one, I just learned how to manage text files and I think it could come in handy for this game. Just give me ideas for the questions.

You can. Prepare your answers beforehand and post the md5 hash, then afterward you can reveal your answers so that other people can check against the hash and verify that they match (i.e. you picked what you said you did).
