Max Volume on the subway =)

So I just started using my iPod touch after getting the update for it.
I have to take the train to uptown Manhattan every day for college and I feel like pissing people off in the morning with my loud metal and rock music :']

I usually sit in the very last cart (with the fewest) people so that it's quietest, then blast my iPod to max volume and make sure everyone in the cart hears my music.

I don't put the headphones directly into my ear (DUH! LOL) I just let them hang around the outside edge. I was getting bored of the songs I play every morning.

Any good screaming songs you guys can list that I could piss people off with for my 1hr 30 min commute?

I ran an experiment of how many people sat/moved after sitting next to me.
From southwest Brooklyn all the way to Harlem, only 2 people sat next to me, and one Asian lady sat, then moved in two stops all the way to the end of the subway cart! LOL!!

You'd be bored too if your commute was an hour and 30 min...

Anyway, I love that you're using your iPod Touch to learn a bit, but I don't think blaring Music full blast is the nicest thing to do. There are probably old people like me on the train that want to strangle you for playing weird things on your iPod. Sorry dearie.

Anyways, Bleeding Through came out with a new album and it has some good ones like "Orange County blonde and Blue", "Seller's Market" the first half of "Sister Charlatan" (the second half just sounds like rain and thunder), "Germany" is another good one and if you get bored of pissing them off you can just listen to "There Was a Flood" which also kinda falls in with what you want but not as much screaming all the way through as the others. All these songs are on Bleeding Through's newest album "Declaration" (I recommend it).

If you want to know more, I can tell you even more songs I know other than the ones on that album.

I'm not that kind of person. I don't like violence and theft. If I saw someone getting mugged and attacked, I'd try to help. Key word is TRY.

And I dunno if my elevator music bothers anyone. I'll turn it down to my personal-space-volume after the other loud noise goes away. I don't think Gato Barbieri's Europa ever hurt/annoyed anyone. :[

To be honest, the loud-music person is more annoying than the beggers. At least with the beggers, they leave you alone after you say no or give them something.

The problem with this whole story isn't that you're being a jerk. The problem is that you're knowingly and purposely being a jerk for no reason whatsoever, thinking it's fun. It's sad.

They're not punk or emo or anything like that. Pretty much just good old fashion rock (with some screamin in some songs)
