Hoverhand? -goes back and looks at the photos- Oh. Well, this is embarrassing, but since I am unknown to this phenomenon. What is so special about hoverhand photos?

Actually, I didn't even watch the new video for Gaga's song so I was just randomly dumping I guess.

EDIT: Nvm, I never knew this "hover hand" thing was a meme at all, not having seen the Gaga video sure doesn't help.

Aside from not knowing hoverhand is a meme (which is legit), you would only need to combine your knew knowledge that it is one (thanks to several posters on this thread saying so, myself included) with the name of Gaga's new song (you don't even have to listen to it) to get it.

To spell it out for you, hoverhands are all pictures of, how you may say, not the most appealing or attractive gentlemen, all photographed next to, how you may say, ridiculously hot girls, with their hands in the pictures not holding on to a shoulder or the small of a back as is the norm, but "hovering" just off the side of these places. Hovering on "the edge" of the "glory" that are these girls they (as the joke goes) have no possible chance with.
