Slowly realizing that I'm going to have to say goodbye to some very good friends. I know I've cursed this town for almost all three years that I've been here, but I met some real nice people that touched my life. It's really going to hurt to say goodbye to them forever.
On the bright side, all summer in North Carolina. It's so pretty there, I'm going to love it. It'll take my mind off of the large amount of debt I'm going to accrue in the next four years. 8D

Kinda boring so far, decided to buy a bouquet of roses and a card for my mom since it's Mother's Day and all. I hope she'll like it. I put the roses in a vase filled with water, etc. Besides that, kind of iffy. I feel bad that I won't be home later on, but in the same sense, I don't ever get along with my folks anyways, so it's for the best. In other news, the girl that I like is now back in the US (since she was away for a month or so in another country for vacation). So maybe I'll have more time to spend with her, since it's the Summer and all.

Sister left for summer-long internship in California today. Really tiring weekend so far, so I'm probably going to chill in my hovel for the rest of the day.

Another long day of driving. Finally home, so tired.
Time for lemonade.

Ordered a Studio XPS laptop, brand-new. Specs? 8 GB DRR3 RAM, 500 GB SATA drive, Intel Core i7 processor, GeForceĀ® GT 540M 2GB graphics, etc. Shipping on the 18th. Spent 1.3k on it, worth it (to me).

Calculus final tomorrow.
I am screwed. This review guide is making me look stupid. I'm not going to come out of this alive.
5/9: done, haha

Feel like I ought to at least put a nominal amount of care and effort into APs but it's becoming hard to do even that what with the whole not counting for placement thing. That being said I thought Physics B today went pretty well aside from some silly questions.
What is bad is that I couldn't sleep last night and basically was a walking zombie all day with my eyes stinging horribly, and it didn't get better until after I'd dozed off for a couple of minutes during the AP (which helped a lot). Afterward I was completely ready to go home and sleep but then some of my classmates came and whisked me to one of their houses to work on a math project I didn't know existed. I almost kind of wanted to punch them / my math teacher for robbing me of my nap if they weren't all way too likable for thoughts like that.

Eyedrops are your best of friends for badly slept nights. Just be sure to get the ones specific just for lubrication, without any real "medicine" in them.

Posting this a bit late, but it's all good.
Yesterday went by fairly well. Woke up, worked out with Insanity!, then chilled with our new dogs for a bit. Took my sister some Subway, then went to register for summer school at the local community college.
Got back home and took a nap with the dogs. Mom informed me that I'll be getting $10/hour working part time with her, since she and her company need the extra set of hands. Then slept for the rest of the day until 5 AM this morning...
Overall, it was an okay day.

Had 2 hours of Math supervision... brain is now fried. Am going to sleep before trying to do some Physiology questions and read some journal papers.

Yesterday turned out phenomenal, which is awesome considering I was worried it would be a horrible day. Studied massively in the morning for my Parasitology lab exam (since I couldn't study at all over the weekend working so much), and felt like it was my best of the three exams I had taken all semester upon walking out. Got home after that and downloaded The Edge of Glory, which is everything I hoped it would be and more, though through a different channel of expectations than I would have guessed, if that makes any sense at all. My roommate also did a small birthday celebration for me since she'll be in Florida in June when I turned 20, so she made me a rainbow birthday cake complete with sky blue frosting.
Today I'm "getting my life back on track" with regards to small things I've let slip here and there over the past three weeks (cleaning my room, doing laundry, etc.), and will be massively studying for my three remaining finals. To do today: finish essay, finish The Woman Warrior, finish catching up on Immunology notes, and, if time allows, finish catching up on Parasitology notes.
58 hours till I'm done with this semester.
Won't Be Coming Back

Not much going on; still doing good in classes, still playing good child at home, still struggling to stray away from any/all kinds of distractions from studies.
Oh, I'm buying a laptop soon, quite excited.

I wish I had someone to study this sh'it with, would make memorizing all this stuff for basic a hell of a lot easier.

Horrible, school's getting on my nerves cause i'm working on a lot of big exam projects and teachers decide to add homework on top of it.
I HAVE NO TIME FOR ALL OF THIS.

AP Statistics.
Multiple choice was a joke.
Free response was challenging.
I feel like I got a 4.
