You need in a party (at least 2 ppl - including yourself), both in the map Tera Forest Time Gate. The party leader must have Time Traveler's Pocket Watch and completed the chain quests which starting on Magatia to be able to bring the party inside

Actually, just create a party with yourself in it and you can enter just fine. At least, that's how it is in kMS.

Pretty sure it didn't work last time I tried after big bang, though I *may* have not restarted the magatia quests at the time.

Requires you to start the quest line as well as have a party f at least 2 people in it, like Mushroom kingdom yeti boss/Xerxes etc

You could enter alone before, but after bigbang you need a 2 man party to enter the zones. But once you are inside you party member can leave the area with no problems.

you can go to the energizer farming area without having done any quests though, just thought i'd add that.

^ Adding on, if you have never entered that area before and somebody that brings you in has access to that area, you will have free access as well. You can also freely transfer around this accessibility to friends even if you only have access to just that 1 map. Note, that only applies to the energizer farming maps, the rest doesn't count.

Anyways, we're not KMS our Neo City maps require at least 2 people in the area in order to enter. Our Big Bang patch killed the ability to party yourself and plain walk in.
