This GET ME BANNED? WTH

Ok so i worked my ass off buying pyrope equips and maple chairs preparing to sell them at a higher price once the price goes back up and now i have a chance of getting banned?

NOTE: i have 6 characters just like this, this is only an example of 1 character.


I have one account dedicated to making sure i am prepared to re-sell all of my stuff. i spent over 3bil filling this account with things i need! but i didnt know about the exploit until i realized people were just dropping randomly maple equips everywhere. So i took this advantage to get what i needed also i people had really cheap shops to i bought from them aswell .I have 6 characters on this account with maple chairs and weapons i didnt exploit i got all of these legit!
I understand about the whole chaos scroll maddness i npced all of my scrolls that i bought(wasted over 400mill) cause i had a feeling the guy supplying me was a exploiter. And i dont want to take the chance but now i'm hearing they can ban you for your maple weapons! How is nexon going to ban the exploiters from the innocent? they have no idea whats legit and whats not. Himes said "Use your judgement" How can i use my judgement when i have a bias opinion cause i spent over 3bill filling this account i'm a mega merchant! i cant afford to lose my meso! I got them from shops for such a low price i had to buy them all. i dont understand nexon! There going to be banning innocent people!

This game isn't nearly as important as you think it is.

It's not an anniversary without a reminder that participation is optional or suffer the consequences.

You knew there was a Exploit to get unlimited Anniversary Coins, you took a gamble and lost. Thats why its better to just stay low while exploit are going on otherwise you could get hit by the crossfire between nexon and the hackers/exploiters/glitchers.

If you do get banned, it'll probably not be permanent.

And you can spend that time finding a better game to play.

Hell the more experienced people on this site saw this exploit coming the second the patch was even announced. This happened in december in case you forgot.

Well if you really were a "pro merchant", then several things:
1. You would've noticed that there were a fuckton of chaos scrolls selling for less than 1m for at least a few days, and
2. Should have suspected something illegit was going on.

Seriously? Not a here-and-there kind of good deal, but you just had to BUY THEM ALL? I dread to imagine how cheap they were.

Maybe next time instead of just informing yourself of Market Prices, try to look up wtp is happening in mapleworld from time to time.

Merchanting is either win or fail; you have failed badly. Get over it, a pro-merchant should of been prepared for such an event(AKA, had another 6B invested in some non-anniversary items). I'm not a 'pro-merchant' and even I knew of this win or lose scenario, so maybe one day I can be one:o.

I do understand though, you are pretty much out of 3B and have to drop ALL of it. There is no way you could tell what's legit and what's not; so best to assume it's all exploited and drop er. As to what you can do to recover 3B? MTS merch if u have NX..buy out all the 10 attk wgs and resell all at 200m(If they aren't 200m in your server sell for w/e the price is there..or move to Khaini). 10 10 attks=2b; should be fast
