I picked up udyr shortly after tiger stance became usable, so I was still maxing phoenix and turtle first, but maxing tiger after lv 3 phoenix does seem like a good idea for ganking purposes.

I still believe even with the Shen nerfs, he'll still have an extremely high ban priority, and Noct still having a decently high priority as well. It's funny that people still deem X to the Z to be overpowered even though he's still bad in coordinated team fights.

Reports are coming in that "Philosopher's stone" is the new "Heart of Gold", but it benefits EVERYONE.
EDIT: Attempted solo baron out of spite on Xin in a Co-Op vs AI. I died with Baron sitting at 42 freaking HP. If only Frozen Mallet...
At least Kaji watched me and waited til I died to jump in and finish for the group lol

I've heard Atlanta's Irelia picks up Wit's End, but honestly, I'm a bit confused as to why.

Pro tip: you probably would have succeeded if you didn't get hit by Baron's knockups. Don't know how? Lrn2spot.
EDIT: Watched the patch preview. The tenacity mechanic will need some further explaining, such as what the "cap" is to reduce all CC to 0 duration. I could be wrong, but the other tenacity items feel like they're too weak late game in situations not involving all-out team fighting. The one that builds off of Philo Stone seems unjustifiable, since it is a subsistence item, and chances are if they're going to get you with CC initiation, they have the opportunity to burst you down.
I approve of the Karthus changes for now. Fking asshat needs a rework I feel >_>

I could've succeeded if I saw my gold count beforehand. I didn't know I had enough for a Phage, which would have given me +225 HP. Also I don't do Baron enough to know his move patterns QQ.
Honestly though, I really didn't think I would get that far, considering Baron has what? 11 or 13k HP? I was expecting to get either 50% or 75% of the way before death.

He only has one other move other than his autoattack, and it's apparently called "Wrath of the Ancients" (lol?). It deals heavy magic damage and also debuffs your MR. On old Baron Nashor, it fking HURTS! Oh, and you can't avoid it. You could try to mitigate his skills by placing wards around the area, which is pretty lulzy. In addition, Baron's HP and armor increases as the game goes on, and for purposes of %-based damage, the game pretends he has 4k HP.

Why did they say something about Shen being able to carry.. hes a tank not a carry lol.
Also i like these karthus nerfs simply because whenever i play against one we jump him first and then all end up dead because you forget hes still there spamming q on you all while you fight the rest of his team <_<

For people saying why nerf shen: >Ki strike.
A Hp tanky build Shen can kill anyone alone with Vorpal blade to heal and ki strike to attack, i know because as a pre nerf-nerf nocturne i could not kill a shen when i had Black Cleaver Lifesteal Brutalizer and i think stark fervor too.
and nocturne nerfed again? Sadface.jpg im still trying to get over the freaking nerf to my ult range.
And if i listen correctly Tenacity items doesn't scale with other tenacity items. And if you have more than one, the highest Tenacity item is the one who will affect you.

You can't reduce CC to 0. Those items won't stack, they'll just take the highest value, which seems like it will still be Merc Treads. I guess they just wanted people to open up their shoe options?

I'd say it would still be 100, seeing as merc give 35 tenacity and they said nothing about 35% being too strong/weak so i see no reason why they would change the value.

All "Tenacity" does is make Irelia and Singed even more OP with their, already inherit, CC reduction.

I dont see how tenacity is going to change them at all. It seems to me that merc treads are still going to provide the same amount of reduction, its just expressed with a different term. The new items with cc reduction dont stack and have less reduction than merc.

Let's them choose better itemization while still keeping at least 25% CC reduction from the new items. The two named champions can easily lose 10% CC reduction for better damage / power, because of their passives / abilities.
Like Singed can get Ninja Tabi or other boots and just pick up the new "HP/MP per 5" item.
